We work in residential and commercial ground, drawing every space around the way one household actually lives in it. The drawings, the permits and the crews all answer to the same office, so what gets approved is what gets built.

Most landscape work splits the drawing from the building. We keep both, which is why the permit set and the site match.

Draw
Concept plans rendered by hand and by computer, then 3D modelling so the space is understood before a dollar is spent. Tile, stone, colour and furniture are chosen at this stage, not after.

Permit
CAD construction documents, planting and irrigation calculations, and the submittals themselves. We know the codes in these cities and we process the permits, so the approval is our problem rather than yours.

Build
Every sub-contractor licensed, bonded and insured, and every stage overseen by the office that drew it. Built to current code and to the standard the drawings promised.

Tony Le
Owner and principal designer
Tony took his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Cal Poly Pomona in 2006, including a quarter studying landscape architecture in Italy on exchange. He spent the years after graduation inside architecture and landscape architecture firms across Southern California, working on design, planting, irrigation and lighting, and started Masterplan in 2008.
He holds a C-27 Landscape Contractor licence, and is certified by Rain Bird and Hunter for irrigation design and installation and by Vista Professional Lighting and FX Luminaire for low-voltage lighting.
